Requirements to compete, if you meet these requirements fill out the registration below.

Be between the ages of 18 by the state pageant and no older than 27 at the state competition.
Be a United States Citizen and Female.
Be living, working, or attending school in the state of Utah full-time.
Be a high school graduate or have successfully completed the GED testing program for high school equivalency or be entering into her senior year of high school the same year as the competition date.
Be of good moral character and not been involved in any act of moral turpitude.
Not married, never been married, nor will she get married during her titleholder term.
Asserts she is not now pregnant nor has been or will become pregnant, become a parent, is not a custodial parent or the adoptive parent of any child, or the adoptive parent of any child.
Asserts and states to the best of her knowledge, she can participate fully in and execute all program activities and can individually compete for the duties of aTitleholder.
Never been convicted of a criminal offense other than minor traffic incidents, nor have any criminal charges pending.
Does not use or consume any illegal controlled dangerous substances, is not a consumer or distributer of any illegal or controlled substances, abuse alcohol or other dangerous substances.
The Applicant must maintain her eligibility throughout the State Competition and Term. If successfully advancing to the National Competition, will be required to maintain her eligibility throughout the completion of that competition and term as well.
